What is Celebrate Recovery?

CR is a 12-step Christ centered recovery ministry addressing all of life’s hurts, hangups and habits.  CR is a safe place to find community and freedom through our Living Hope, Jesus Christ.  CR is for ordinary people who struggle with alcohol, drugs, eating disorders, gambling, codependency, relationship addiction, anger, grief, abuse and any other hurt, hangup or habit that is disturbing your peace and causing dysfunction in your life.

What to Expect

CR alternates each week between lessons and testimonies.  The lessons are based on the 12 recovery steps and the 8 principles based on the Beatitudes found in the New Testament bringing hope, freedom, sobriety, healing and the opportunity to give back one day at time through Jesus. Testimonies are given on opposite weeks to give hope and provide support to anyone struggling.  We believe God wants you to walk in healing, and that HE is able to heal you EVERYWHERE that you hurt.

Bryan and Stacy Clark

Bryan and Stacy Clark have been faithfully serving this community through the ministry of Celebrate Recovery for almost a year.  Their heart is to see people come to know Jesus and to see people trapped in addiction be set free.  They have a special heart for this group of people, because of the recovery journey that they have experienced in their own lives.  We are believing that the best years of their leadership are yet to come as God continues to do incredible things through them!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is childcare available?

Childcare is provided for ages 6 weeks to 5th grade ONLY at this time.  Anyone is invited to the large group, but NO ONE under age 18 is permitted in small group due to the nature of discussions. Thank you for your understanding.

When and Where?

EVERY Monday night in the church sanctuary.
Large group meets at 7:00. Small groups meet at 8:00.
We have four different small group options: men's addiction, women's addiction, men's codependency / life issues, and women's codependency / life issues.

Who can attend?

We invite everyone to come give CR a chance. If you are looking for perfect people who have it all together, keep looking.  This is not that place. If you are looking for a group of supportive people who believe in God’s redemptive love that can heal, restore and put all the broken pieces back even better than they were before, then come be a part of CR.  We would love to worship with you and support you on your recovery journey.

Will food be provided?

There will be a free meal provided on the FIRST Monday of every month.  This meal will take place at 6:15 PM in the youth/kids room.
